Model 1082 – Multi-Weapon Gun Rack
The 1082 is a paradigm shift in firearm rack technology. Designed from the ground up to secure AR type weapons, the 1082 series utilizes two opposing stainless steel side plates that secure your weapon while protecting the take down pins, magazine release, and trigger from tampering.
The unique design does not interfere with rail mounted accessories like optics, flashlights, laser aiming devices, or a foregrip. The single point mounting system provides enough clearance for weapons with up to a 30-round magazine to be secured. The 1082 can also accommodate a variety of other firearms like conventional stock rifles, shotguns, handguns, and dozens of other widely used tactical weapons.
The 1082 is now available with our patented Cold Wire® technology. Cold Wire prevents the opening of the rack if the power wires are cut and an external power source is applied to the power wires.
Note: Use of the Blac-Rac Alta Trigger Guard is required for optimal security. The trigger guard must be installed with both roll pins on M4 style lowers. Click here and refer to section 10 for further details.
